Timothy B. Smith     

President

Timothy brings 15 years of technology business experience to the team. His expertise focuses on the areas of highly scalable software and infrastructure. His ability to combine the right methodology, core technologies and great resources has enabled Timothy and his team to add names like the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Chicago Sun-Times, Burton Snowboards and AutoZone to the client list. In 2001, he co-founded IncWorx, a software consulting company which is now in its 7th year and profitable. Timothy was the technology evangelist for IncWorx and provided the software roadmap for many of its clients. In 1999, Timothy started 2ClickMedia, a media aggregation company, after raising $1.5M in seed funding in Chicago. During his career, Timothy has provided his software architecture expertise to many of the Fortune 500.

As president, Timothy oversees day to day operations, manages business development efforts and ensures quality at all levels of the business.

Nicholas J. Begich, III

Vice President of Offshore Operations

Nicholas brings over a decade of business and information technology management to the Venturality team. His broad set of work experience includes responsibilities in information technology management, marketing, finance, and general management. Importantly, Nicholas has spent many years managing global teams and clients across numerous time zones and diverse cultures. As such, he is responsible for management of Venturality’s offsite operational activities and resources. Prior to joining the Venturality team, Nicholas was a global technology manager with Ford Motor Company and was responsible for managing various programs to delivery ranging in scope from $10MM to $200MM. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with Concentrations in Information Technology and Operations and a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University’s Hankammer School of Business.

Danielle E. Long, J.D.

Client Services Manager

Danielle brings several years of business and legal experience to the team. She holds a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law and was most recently employed as Assistant General Counsel with a large privately held corporation. In her previous employment, Danielle worked as a business liaison between her employer and over thirty franchisees. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the offering and acquisition of several new subsidiary corporations. She also implemented an accountability and training program for all corporate managers. Her previous employment law and contract management experience makes Danielle a valuable component of the Venturality team.

As client services manager, Danielle is responsible for project management from initial project quotes to final project delivery.

Tonya L. Negele

Operations Manager

Tonya brings the team almost 10 years of management experience in the retail and hospitality industries. She has been an integral part of the Venturality team from its inception.

As operations manager, Tonya's role entails many of the day to day operational needs such as AP/AR processing, human resource management and other infrastructure tasks.
